✨ What an Incredible Night! ✨
Huge congratulations to all of our amazing performers who came together to create a truly spectacular evening of aerial entertainment. We’re so proud of every single one of you!
Evaluations Are Coming Up!
During the first week of December, we’ll be doing individual student evaluations to check in on each child’s progress. These assessments help us understand where every student is in their Aerial Arts journey so we can support their growth and ensure they’re developing the strength and technique needed to stay safe.
Please reassure your child that everyone progresses at their own pace—this is normal.
Evaluations simply help us know when a student is ready to build new skills or move to the next level.
If you’d like to discuss your child’s progress, we’re always happy to talk. Just reach out to schedule a meeting with their coach!
Holiday Schedule Update
Inversion Gym will be closed December 21–27 for the holiday break. We hope you enjoy a restful and festive week with your families!
On New Year’s Eve (December 31), Aerial classes will run on an adjusted earlier schedule:
Level 1A & 1B: 12:00–1:00 PM
Level 2: 1:15–2:30 PM
Thank you for your flexibility—looking forward to ending the year strong with all our athletes!
Reminders
Saturday Specialty Act/Technique Class will be paused for the months of December and January.
Aerial Attire - The safest and most effective aerial outfit is a leotard with a fitted long-sleeve top and ankle-tight leggings. Loose shirts can ride up during training, which becomes a safety hazard when students let go of the silks to pull them down.
Please remove all jewelry before class.
Keep nails trimmed and smooth, as long nails can catch or tear the fabric.
“Strength does not come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.”
