Hello Drop It Like It’s Hot Families,

We want to extend a HUGE thank you to all of our incredible volunteers who gave their time and energy to help with set-up and tear-down for the Drop It Like It’s Hot meet. Your support made a big difference, and we truly appreciate you stepping in to help.

We are especially excited to have formed this positive relationship with LR Productions and look forward to future opportunities for our Inversion Gym athletes.

PARKING REIMBURSEMENTS

We will be reimbursing volunteers who paid for parking while helping with official meet set-up and tear-down shifts. Please note this reimbursement does not apply to spectator parking or Booster Club volunteer shifts.

I have attached the current list of volunteers I have on record. If you believe your family should be included, please reply to this email so we can review and update as needed.

Reimbursement Options:• Check issued to your family• Credit applied to your Inversion Gym account (can be used toward coaches’ fees or future gym expenses)

LEOTARD DISTRIBUTIONWe will be handing out Drop It Like It’s Hot leotards this week to any athletes who have not yet received theirs. Be on the lookout at practice.

END-OF-SEASON PHOTO SHARINGWe have opened our shared season photo folder! Families are invited to both add and view photos that may be featured in our end-of-season banquet celebration.
