An introduction to gymnastics for infants and toddlers, ages 18 months through 3 years...along with Mom or Dad! There are no pre-requisites for classes, and no reservations are required. Parents will guide their little ones around the gym to various stations and activities which are set up and supervised by one of our professional Kindergym coaches. They will get an introduction to basic body positions, locomotor skills, balance, coordination, hand-eye coordination, confidence, and most of all they will have fun! See "Parent and Me" below...
